Thinking about our self governance. Why do we never have 'A' 'B' 'C' options for government bonds? And why not make more elections nimble and responsive to intent by using plurality voting methods. Like: "Measure 1 - Public infrastructure project proposal! Choices; A - $125bln, all the features. ($100 bond tax due every year for 50 years.) B - $75bln, some features. ($50 bond tax due every year for 45 years.) C - $55 bln, a minimal version. ($35 bond tax due every year for 35 years.) D - I oppose this measure and vote 'no'!
